Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist with specific experience in Hydrogen Projects.


The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing procurement strategies for our hydrogen projects. They will work closely with the project team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all procurement activities are in line with project goals, timelines, and budgets.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for hydrogen projects, including identifying and engaging with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements, and managing supplier relationships.

  • Collaborate with the project team to ensure procurement activities are aligned with project goals, timelines, and budgets.

  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and potential cost savings opportunities.

  • Manage the procurement process from sourcing to contract execution, including preparing RFPs, evaluating proposals, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier performance.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations, including ethical sourcing standards and sustainable procurement practices.

  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with specific experience in hydrogen projects.

  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, including sourcing, negotiating, and contract management.

  • Experience with supplier relationship management and performance monitoring.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in procurement software and systems.
